I recently had a very unfortunate experience with a freight broker. Despite initial promises, they refused to pay for the layover time incurred by my driver. This lack of fulfillment and poor communication has created a highly frustrating situation. I strongly advise other carriers to avoid working with this broker and to seek more reliable alternatives.

These people are lie very easy and will get you to take their loads based on false promises. DO NOT modify or go out of your way to move their loads without prior getting a written rate confirmation otherwise they will not pay you what is agreed. They do not respect the drivers hassle to get their loads on time and are not appreciative of the important work a driver does. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND THIEVES. THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT A PICK UP AT 8AM DIDNT GET LOADED TILL 2AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING, AND DIDNT WANNA PAY FOR DETETION OR LAYOVER, AND WANT ME TO DRIVE ILLEGAL TO MAKE DEL IF NOT THEN I WILL HAVE TO WAIT DAYS AND SITLL NOT GET PAID. I PROMISE YOU ITS BETTER TO SIT THEN TAKE A LOAD WITH THESE PEOPLE
