Got my first ever Mercedes from Gary Yap and I found the entire experience amazing. Gary was great to deal with and I highly recommend Gary as he seems like he just wants to help and not just sell or get numbers. Old mate Robert was bloody fantastic and spent over 2 hours with me showing me all the amazing features the car has and Rob thanks mate your great at what you do and a huge asset to the entire team.

I have had many Mercedes and never until now have I had such a bad customer service interaction. I have also previously bought cars from this dealership. Today is Friday. I rang to say my warranty runs out next Wednesday could I book the car in for a service and check this slight transmission jault that I only noticed this week under warranty. I said I could get the car there next Friday but wanted to make sure it was reported before Wednesday. I have previously had warranty work done on Audis and BMWs up to months after war... read more
