When my dad's car hit 250,000 kilometers, I called 3-Point in regards to a special program they (Mercedes) have set up in other parts of the world where a Mercedes vehicle gets a special pin/badge for achieving a certain amount of kilometers. After learning that the program was not available in Australia, Nick Smith, Marketing Manager at 3-Point Fairfield, was very nice and accommodating and organized a bag full of various items and goodies for my dad for Father's Day.
