Working with Manny and team at 3 Pillars Mechanical has been an exemplary experience twice!! We have two AC/furnance units and both were old. Our 2 ton unit on the east side of the house failed suddenly in the summer of 2022. I called 3 Pillars and Manny came out and diagnosed the issue. He was very specific about what was wrong and showed us in detail what the problems were. Since it was summer and it would not make sense to fix this very old AC unit, we asked him to replace it. We were having issues with our AC. I called the 3 Pillars Machanical. They were quick in responding and scheduling the service. The technician arrived on time and performed the service very professionally the communication and customer service though out the process was top notch. I would recommend using their services.
Team did a great job and were able to identify and fix the issue. Strongly recommend them.
Austin was great in explaining the thermostat issue and was quick to resolve it. Would highly recommend 3 Pillars for any HVAC needs
