Just finished a build with 3 Pillar at Evans Farm and we couldn't be happier. The experience we had with 3 Pillar was low stress, on schedule, and the team was fantastic. Our designer Jessica provided excellent advice during our design sessions that has proven to be better than we imagined. Stay away! Homes seen nice but they use cheap materials and the owner zenios is rude and if you dont have enough money he pushes you aside. Secretly we do have alot of money and after he treated us poorly we bought elsewhere! Pros. Nice looking homes Cons. Zenios is rude and materials are cheap and hidden behind the walls

They were fantastic to work with, from the sales team all the way to the project manager, they really took the time to listen and help bring our dream home to life.
