Purchased a system five years ago and recently added a battery. In my dealings with Alan have found his service to be consistently very high quality. Listens to your needs and works with you to get an appropriate solution for your individual situation. Have also really appreciated the proactive and very engaged support post installation - this is not one of those companies that installs a system and then disappears next week. Highly recommended

I cannot rate Alan's customer service highly enough: he was absolutely brilliant. Alan assisted in every step of the way from the wrangle trying to get Service Victoria to approve the rebate paperwork over several weeks to thoroughly addressing every intricacy of the installation. His team installed a super efficient heat pump hot water system for us.
