I cannot rate Alan's customer service highly enough: he was absolutely brilliant. Alan assisted in every step of the way from the wrangle trying to get Service Victoria to approve the rebate paperwork over several weeks to thoroughly addressing every intricacy of the installation. His team installed a super efficient heat pump hot water system for us. A big thank you to 3 Phase Solar for our roof-top system. The install team were excellent - polite, accommodating and efficient, a truly professional job. Now we are a few months into being a fully electric household, we not only do NOT pay for any electricity but have just received a $500 refund from our electricity ‘supplier’ for the excess solar power we have fed into the grid.
