Outstanding communication, work to timelines and most of all, after sale follow up and service. I contacted a number of companies for this major school AV installation, and was shocked by how poor the follow up was. 3MA quoted in a very timely, professional and clear manner, and the final product is reliable and very easy to use.
I've been IT for over 30 years in various capacities, and the one thing I always struggled with was finding a decent specialist AV company, especially in Perth. To my delight, I believe I've finally landed on a company that has the right technical solutions delivered by friendly and professional staff at reasonable prices.
The team were fantastic from start to finish. Very clear in their communications about the possibilities of coming across asbestos and assisted in ensuring our neighbours would not be affected. Kyle was great in responding to our many questions at the start and has been on the phone to talk us through whatever we needed. The system is easy to use and the school community loves the introduction of music over siren.
