Absolutely amazed at the service I received my 5 year old car looks like I just drove off the showroom floor.
🤬Last year for my birthday I was in surgery.. This year I wanted to gift myself.. “A DEEP CLEANING “to my car since I didn’t have the strength to clean it properly.. I asked if my carpet would be shampooed.. I wanted my car to look and smell fresh!! .. I spent $150 on a vacuum!!! Because thats all that was done to my car!!! I picked it up with crud still in the crevices!!! I’m so mad !! And someone there tried to make it my fault and tell me I should have said something .. said what? Regret my visit was quite disappointing. I elected their "Full Service" wash at $35.00 which was to include full outside wash (through the automated wash bay), hand towel exterior dry, with interior wipe down and floor mat wash. Unfortunately, the exterior towel dry left many, many water streaks, the interior (rubber) floor mats were replaced soaking wet, and the wheels appeared to be totally untouched...with lots of dirt & grime remaining. Wonderful service every time. Got terrible stains out of car and makes our cars feel brand new. Great and friendly customer service. We will always come here for our car detailing needs!
