The building is run down and shut down
My wife left our car here to have scratches repaired. We paid over $800 and they “fixed” it three different times — yet every single time the car came back still messed up. Nothing was ever actually done right. Each time they promised they would get it fixed, but they never followed through. Now they won’t even respond to our texts or phone calls. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!! From the time their locale was on west charlotte they have not improved much. I thought I was getting a deal when I took my 08 Charger for some racing stripes. Not only they were not even, now they started to chip away. STAY AWAY!!!! This is not a BBB accredited establishment.
