Had my stuff there for 2 years. Never had any problems and everyone is very helpful.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Major rat infestation. Disgusting conditions. Loose wires all over the main office posing potential fire hazards. Don’t store your belongings here if you actually want to keep them.
At first all was good . I had been late on my bill a couple of times but I paid the late fee without any further problem until recently - I owed 1 month plus late fees which I paid online . Immediately after, I contacted management over the phone to let her know I paid for last month and that I'm aware of the new current bill for this new month that would be taken care of over the weekend online under my account.
