Purchased an Audi TT from Carlos, very honest and knowledgeable. Transaction was smooth and a lot of detail and previous paper work that came with the car. All reports were given to me even from previous years and owners. This is really useful and helpful as when you buy a car you want all the paperwork. Car was clean and waxed and ready for me to go when I picked it up. Can’t fault him or the garage, I would definitely recommend!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent car purchase. The vehicle had numerous undisclosed issues, and the dealership's customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Absolutely horrendous experience! At first Carlos came across very genuine and honest until things took a turn after 2 weeks! Finance a car that was riddled with faults which I wasn’t aware of, kept slipping in gears and struggled to start everytime. Contacted Carlos he advised me to manually down shift to regain power as the car was not accelerating at all (bare in mind it’s a automatic car) then he advised to bring it in because it needed to be reset which I did.
