Young kid came by and replaced the ice maker and defroster. He left with a 22 E fault code flashing on the touch screen. He told me it had to reboot. It never did. I called them twice and there was no response. I had to hire another company to repair the refrigerator. The 3J's technician left the fan unplugged when assembling the refrigerator causing it not to function correctly. Very bad service experience.
Experience was very unprofessional
Worst Company Ever ! Do not hire them they won't fix anything and won't even call the insurance company to let them know that they can't fix it ! Just horrible !
They are very friendly however it took over a week to get a part that we didn't need. They didn't take the time to even look at my washer the first time. Then they gave me a scheduled window time to be at my house and when they didn't show three hours later. Called back and got a morning time and still showed up 1 1/2 hours late. I will not be calling them in the future.
