Ordered tonight in Pasadena. Great food! Very good service. Portions were big. Husband say about time he found some southern food up north. Thanks Chef James and crew!
Chef Jay and 3 Jay's Seafood & Chicken food was amazing. He recently attended an event for CVPRA and we will definitely be looking forward for them to return.
I really wanted to like this truck since my favorite fish truck stopped coming around but I got a whiting platter with collards, and mac... and I am pretty disappointed. Fish- the fish is crispy. Not too fishy so fresh enough I suppose... cuts are nice and not all shriveled but it is pretty bland. Mac- probably the worst thing on the plate. I'm trying to eat healthier and they made a delicious grilled salmon cheese steak without cheese. It was well seasoned with grilled peppers and onions and the classic cheese steak roll. It hit the spot. They were quick, friendly, and delicious. It's a food truck so the atmosphere was great at the PRIDE parade, can't speak of other locales
