Hello James, as you know we have paid for the Mini Cooper D, Registration DS66 FGU, and have not received the car, or a Full Refund, of which you are required to provide, following the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. Just taken delivery of a lovely little Toyota from James at 3 Jay's and I couldn't be happier. James was an absolute professional throughout and certainly went the extra mile, impeccable service! He even lent me a courtesy car while the Toyota was being prepared, I'm not sure many dealers would do that. We bought a Ford Fiesta from 3 Jay Car Sales in December 2023 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From day one, the car had issues with the heater box—something we weren’t made aware of at the time of purchase. During the test drive, the heating didn’t work, which we mentioned to James. He claimed he wasn’t aware of any issues. After purchase, we found the heater only worked about one in every three drives, and only after making a loud, worrying noise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want confidence buying a used car! Clutch started to slip on a car I bought from James and he ordered and sent me a new Valeo clutch and flywheel kit even though I live in Peterborough. I would happily by another car from 3 Jay’s cars.
