James was approachable, friendly and very easy to deal with from the outset. He was honest about a small mechanical issue on the car which was in the process of being repaired and kept me in the loop regarding the repair until it was completed and the car was ready. 3 Jay's come highly recommended and I would return without hesitation for another car.
What a guy !!!!! James who went above and beyond , stayed well into the early evening to allow me time to get to view the car and was no rush whilst I was there . The 320d Iv been sold is one hell of a car . Cannot recommend this dealer enough. Iv had some terrible experiences in the past but James has restored faith . Definitely when it comes to changing again will be going to these guys to check stock or to see if he can source me a desired car . Top class service. Big hand shake to you sir !!!!!!
Bought a car from 3 Jay's and was more than happy. Friendly, profesional and helpful service and we sealed the deal smoothy and without any hassle. Two months later the car started having issues { still in warranty} so I called them up and explained my problem. After sharing that I had filters and oil changer at a service, I was shut off and told the oil and filter change must have caused this and was offered no help whatsoever and the phone call was cut off abruptly. Hello James, as you know we have paid for the Mini Cooper D, Registration DS66 FGU, and have not received the car, or a Full Refund, of which you are required to provide, following the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. Amy was driving when she noticed power cutting out at 2.5k Revs, emitting blue smoke from the exhaust.
