I hired Craig from 3 in 1 Construction for 3 projects. Replace a large front window, replace the railings on our front porch, and redo a bathroom with a tub to shower conversion. Craig provided me with a clear, concise estimate and stuck to the estimate. He arrived promptly every morning and cleaned up before he left every afternoon. His communication was great. We first used Craig Gordon in 2016, when he did a major repair on the exterior wall that had wood rot. The job required a structural engineer and included replacing siding, framing and interior drywall repairs. Since then we have used him a number of times when it was important that the job be done right, finding studs for heavy loads, electrical work and smaller repairs. Craig was great to work with! He came out on very short notice to handle an emergency repair for our bathroom vanity. He was on time, extremely professional and handled the job with care. Would absolutely use him again in the future.

Another job well done by Craig Gordon. We hired Craig in August to do some painting, general repairs, and installation of bathroom exhaust fans. He painted our living room, dining room, foyer, and main bedroom. I just can't get over how awesome these rooms look! Craig is very professional and knowledgeable. Craig fixed our new shower when the tile guy before him finished sloppily. Craig was able to surgically tear out the curb saddle and redo it perfectly. He also fixed a structurally horrible floating bench that was installed by building out a box support underneath. Then to top it off installed the new shower trim to cover up a hole in the tile the previous worker had created. Now he is working on a back staircase out of our house. He does it all and does it well. Much thanks Craig, we should have hired you from the get go!!
