We have been perfecting our recipes for years catering and competing. We offer a full BBQ menu along with specials and constantly rotating sides and meats. All of our sauces are made from scratch, and our meats are slow cooked out back by wood fire. We take pride in our food and service.

No sign or anything even indicating they were even in business anymore. Waste of time driving up from Baltimore.

Ate at their food truck at Jimmy Jax Shine Shack in Dillsburg. Ordered the Memphis which is suppose to come layered with Mac n cheese, pulled pork, bacon, cheddar cheese and crispy onion rings. When I opened it the only thing in it was Mac n cheese and pulled pork. I thought it was salvageable. The Mac and cheese was flavorless and the pulled pork was so dry and crunchy. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Absolutely terrible.
They for got the 1lb of pork I order and the chicken and brisket I had was dry and old. This place has fell off big time. The Mac n cheese was horrible as well, only thing was decent was the potato salad. I called them multiple times and phone was off.
