Customer service was alright up until I purchased boots for my son and they didn’t even last 2 whole days they started peeling I went back and the lady asked me for a receipt which she didn’t give me time of purchase and I told her check her cameras and says cameras don’t catch that. She started getting rude and trying to talk over me . Mind you this is only 2 days worn inside around the house

Horrible experience. We ordered 10 tuxedo with a set deal we left a down payment and some were paid off. Yet, Maria the lady that works there didn’t advise us of a price difference (after we paid) on the tuxedo’s and wanted us to pay an extra $10 for each one. It’s not about the money but the fact that we had already made a deal with a set price!!! & for it to be changed?! Maria still continues to say “it’s only $10”? Horrible customer service of María one of the workers there, she tried to change the deal after it was confirmed and written down saying an extra $10 for each of the 10 suits we ordered for who knows what probably for pocket money, she also lied and tried to say she called to confirm with us when she didn't. They also tried to switch up colors of the suits and give us different colors we didn't want. Got really defensive and rude DON'T GO THERE!
Best service EVER!! Not sure why that person put one star. They helped my wife find the perfect boots and didn’t mind my toddler acting like a toddler. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be going back and recommending it to everyone!! Thank you ma’am and gentlemen who assisted us!
