Tom is the greatest. He squeezed us into his already busy schedule and even came out late in the evening as his truck had been in the shop. He spent two and half hours dogging our trailer light issues and found and recommended a solution that worked! And he had a positive and fun attitude the entire time. Thanks Tom!

Excellent response, service, and completion. I sent pictures and Tom knew what was needed for propane connector repair. He was on time, completed the repair very quickly, and checked all was working correctly. Friendly and professional. One of the rudest people I've met. My cameo was under warranty and Tom would not submit all the issues at once. He just kept coming out and charging 150.00 each time. I called keystone they said all issues were to be reported in one communication. Told him our ac runs even when off. He wanted us to change the thermostat. New repair guy said compressor was constantly running and could have overheated causing a fire. Dont use this company. They have no idea what they are doing. Needed help fixing a refrigerator in an RV at my place of work, and they helped order a part that it needed and came out to help try and fix it! Very friendly as well!
