I’m leaving this review in two languages so people understand the kind of treatment they can expect at this place. Today I had a reservation with U-Haul at this location, and unfortunately it turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve had in this country. One thing bout them they try to get your car up an running.
Communication was excellent, timing was excellent. They are very knowledgeable and honest.
I needed a new alternator. They told me it would take 2 1/2 hours but Robert was quick and I was only there about an hour. Tom, working the front desk was kind and pleasant. Excellent service and fair prices! Thank you 3 Guys!!
The crew at 3 guys have taken care of 2 different personal vehicles I’ve owned, a ford f150 and a Toyota Tacoma as well as 2 different fleets of trucks I managed. They replaced the transmission on the ford and prepped my Tacoma for a trip driving to Belize, 3000 miles. They are thorough but dont recommend repairs that are unneeded. They were cheaper than other shops quoted on repairs they performed any time I checked and with my Tacoma found issues overlooked by other shops. I wish Tom had a shop in Belize.
