Love 3 guys fitness. What a great asset to the community. The gym is clean and has everything you need for a solid workout. Nathan is a phenomenal trainer. I’ve learned so much from him over the last few weeks. I appreciate all the knowledge and care that goes into every session. Couldn’t be happier.
This place is top notch. Good sturdy equipment, a good variety of equipment to target each muscle, several sets of free weights and benches, extremely clean environment, plenty of space to do WHATEVER exercise/stretch you want, friendly staff, and a judgement free zone. This place is top notch.
