Great place to workout and really knowledgeable staff!! Classes are really fun but challenging
Good tabata style strength class. Michael was very good at explaining the movements and ensuring I had correct form.
Brandon is the real deal. He keeps workouts challenging but fun and always tailors them to fit my goals and how I’m feeling that day. I’ve seen real progress and always leave sessions feeling stronger and more motivated. Couldn’t recommend him more!
Kathryn is truly one of a kind for personal training! She challenges me in ways I would’ve never pushed myself, and I’ve seen such a difference in both strength and confidence because of her guidance.
