She walked me through the entire process, from selecting frames to getting my prescription just right. The quality of the glasses is top-notch, and I love that I got three amazing pairs for a steal! I have always been going on 3 for 1 glasses in Brampton at Worthington ave.. today I came there to adjust my glasses and it was such poor customer service.. The Representative was very rude and unprofessional.. statiing she can't adjust my glasses because it's old. And also showned a bad attitude with her comment. it's all about money for theses business.. no common curtsey.. I would never recommend this facility to any one or spend my money there.again..
Great selection. Great service. They take the time to find out what you need. And they stand by their products. I’ll keep coming back!
