I had a fall and scratched my new glassses. I was happily surprised when they replaced it free of charge. Pam goes over and above providing excellent service to her customers. Much appreciated in this day and age❤️

If you are looking for glasses as well as consistent customer care and resolution, this is the place to go. I purchased my glasses here and had to return a few times for some repairs - because of my clumsiness of course - and Pam took great care of me and my glasses! Pam is exceptional!
I visited this store for the first time and I must say all the reviews are correct and I confirm they deserve 10 stars out of 5. Amazing service & Staff. They have one more customers for life. Vsit this store you will not regret it. PAM is a rockstar.
