Update - I was there again today, for an eye exam, and I was very pleased with the customer service I received. They are patient, take the time to answer your questions and help you. The eye exam was focused on providing me with the right prescription and he provided great advise on solutions tailored to my needs. I accepted the offer of coffe this time, it's good and a very nice touch ! The most amazing humans working here ! Doctor is very efficient and writes prescription right away !Hardly any wait time, and Ryan was wonderful helping me pick up my glasses in a timely manner ! Lastly, Tammie is so incredible. She is kind, compassionate and considerate and everything in between. BUYER BEWARE!!! Scroll for the negative reviews. They are masked with fake ones from what I see. They lose orders. Even when in the store. Very scatterbrained. I've been going here for years. This year has been problematic. The prices are always budget friendly. Jeff is great. His staff are rude and confrontational when problems arise. I personally had a confrontation with Tammie.
