We bought a house that had prior work done by Phett who owns this company. It was the installation of mini splits. Unfortunately most places won’t work on it because of how he installed our mini splits so we have had to call him back to work on things. We have been told by another contractor his work was shoddy, but he did fix an issue last Summer with success. We had an issue with our AC. We used services of 3 elephants. Phett is very knowledgeable, reasonable and very honest. We highly recommend his service . We will be using 3 Elephants HVAC LLC for all our HVAC issues.

I had my HVAC and water heater replaced a few years ago and was initially happy with their work. But since then I’ve had work crews in my house who took one look at my HVAC and water heater who told me that it is very shoddy work. The expense to fix it is significant. I contacted the company and they gave me poor guidance about correcting the problems. The installation of the water heater is not up to code and I will more than likely have issues with home inspection when I try to sell the house. Strongly advise against using... read more
