I've only gone there twice so far but I love the people's attitude and as of now I'm on my 6th month of pregnancy, I had no energy and was always in alot of pain, but just since these two classes I feel ready for the day and my pain comes down to a minimum! I deffinently recommend this place if your all about being health, staying in shape and most importantly having fun doing it!
