I had some light weight car parts sent from Fallon, NV to Jacksonville, Fl. The order was held in the back room for one week before being noticed and shipped. My bill was reduced by $7.00. The original shipping bill was $173.13, which I thought to be outrageous. but I was told it was due to the size of the box. When received, I took the package to UPS and USPS.
