WHATs LESS THAN NO STARS What a NIGHTMARE experience. Was told by A REP prior to my appt to just send him the measurements since we were taking other quotes. Then was actaully told since it was not my decision and i had to review the quotes with my husband that if my husband wasn't going to be there i was not worth his time. And then hung up on after asking for my appt to be cancelled. WORST WORST WORST
It use to be that you could get the store address, go and talk to someone. Now you have no address, you call some call center "God only know's where that is" and try to explain you just want to stop in and look at some blinds. I have to go to their competition, as they really don't want you coming into their stores apparently. This is a far cry from my last experience, when I went in, had measurements, and had blinds installed within about a week to 10 days. Where did that company go?? B Robinson Tracy, CA
