I have used a few National Chain Plumbers in Northern VA and have always felt like I was getting ripped off with the same problem returning a week later. Roger from 3-D Roger Rooter Plumbing showed up promptly and got right to work fixing my tub drain. He moved things out of the way and cleaned up once he was done. I would not recommend this guy. We called for a low water pressure issue in the house. He was assigned to us by our home warranty company. He told us that he would be at our house around 3pm. He didn't show up until 8:30 at night. He was very quick to say that it was our supply line. Turns out that he was wrong. He even told us that if it wasn't for the home warranty company's business that he wouldn't be in business any more. These 5 star reviews must have been from an employee. First off, they sound too generic, and second, they were done one day after another! Dad's came to my house a while back to fix a hose bib that was bad. He replaced it and two months later it's leaking again. Found another plumber who told me it was the wrong type of bib that was put in...not to mention he charges 90 bucks just to come and take a look at something. If you're looking for a reputable plumber, I wouldn't choose this place.
I left work early today because I scheduled Roger to put in a deep sink in my laundry room today at 3:30. My husband finally called at 4:45, as he hadn't shown up yet. He had booked me for tomorrow. How do I know that this was not my fault? Wednesdays are the only day of the week that I work late hours, so of course I wouldn't schedule something at that time on Wednesdays. I had an emergency and my husband was out of town. I was very worried and did not know where to turn. I called Roger Rooter Plumbing and spoke with William. He got to my house very quick and qouted me a price I could afford. I was impressed with his work, manners and professionalism and will use him if i ever need a plumber again.
It was great that I found William. He solved my problem quickly and was affordable. Its nice to get great service and be able to afford it. I will use him for all of my plumbing needs and reccommend him to anyone having plumbing issues. Steve
