NO Call NO Show. Had an appt scheduled. On the day of, I messaged to confirm two hours before appointment. No response. Waited to see if they'll still show at the scheduled time & when they didn't, I tried calling the owner. Still no answer. Moved furniture and set aside time for this service for no reason. Go with someone else if you don't want your time wasted.
Horrible customer service, set an appointment for 9am-10am arrival , stood us up with no communication. Called several times & no answer. Don’t waste your time
We had all our carpets cleaned by David and his team at 3-D Carpet Cleaning, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the price was very fair for the whole house. The results were fantastic—our carpets look fresh, smell great, and the stubborn spots we’d lived with are gone. David was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend 3-D Carpet Cleaning—five stars without hesitation!
David is amazing. This is my second time going with David. He is very professional, communicative and thorough. My first time service was to clean the carpet in 3 bedrooms and a living room. Amazing work. Today I had a recliner and bedroom cleaned due to pet urine. Again we are impressed with his quality of work. David has very reasonable prices. I highly recommend.
