I purchased my bmw 5 series from this garage, the service and in detail explanation of the car specification and history was very clear to see I was amazed and a big transaction for me to part with my hard earned! Well worth the visit from London I was slightly concerned at first however the salesman was superb 👌 no pressure and I was left to carry out all checks with my friend who is a bmw mechanic I took with me abc he couldn’t find no issues.. Worst communication I have encountered. Nothing but headaches and delays. 5 months later and the car completely broke down. No apology or acknowledgement. Owner just said if I can get the car down there, his mechanic would do the repair, and then he continued to ignore my emails afterwards. My mechanic confirmed the problem was due to a misplacement of very important screws and it almost cost me the entire engine! Car was sold to me in that condition and I had to pay for the repair.
