Dedicated workers who clearly take a lot of pride in their finished bathroom plumbing and fixture installation. They were often the first ones on the block to start and the last ones to leave in the evening. That kind of hustle got our bathroom done fast.
We were really impressed by the company's commitment to open and honest communication during our kitchen and bathroom renovation. In order to keep things moving forward, Fred was forthright about possible material delays and found ways to work around the schedule. Nobody ever tried to mislead us or keep us in the dark regarding our project.
Versatile skills allowed this crew to handle the electrical plumbing and carpentry for our ADU project all by themselves. Not having to wait for outside subcontractors kept the project moving forward at a very steady pace. John are a true one stop shop for any major construction or remodeling job.
Thoughtful touches like cleaning the windows after the siding was finished were very much appreciated. They went above and beyond to make sure the house was move in ready when they left. Little things like that show a high level of care.
Punctuality was never an issue as the team was ready to work at 7am every morning. Seeing a crew this organized made me feel very confident about the renovation. Our project was actually completed three days earlier than the original estimate.
