Very unprofessional, no uniforms,just some random garage, vehicles were just fixed up vans,shirts baught from Amazon,dean was extremely disrespectful,talked about themselves a lot,complained they were tired multiple times during class,seats were from vans,one instructor carried a gun like he was neighborhood watch,only had 5 people in a class two,clearly did not interview before, anybody with a brain would see these people should not be around a fire at all,I would not trust my life with them.

They don't care about their firefighters. We risk our lives and limbs for the bare minimum pay. No benefits. I ask for help from the office for the simplest things. They promise but never keep their word. Don't work for this company. No les importan sus bomberos. Arriesgamos nuestras vidas y nuestras extremidades por el salario mínimo. Sin beneficios. Pido ayuda de la oficina para las cosas más sencillas. Prometen pero nunca cumplen su palabra. No trabajes para esta empresa

I've worked for this company for 5 years and the owners are very good people. They do their best to help out their employees and they really are caring. They have been in the forestry business for over 30 years. They contract with the USFS and ODF. There are 2 type 2 fire fighting handcrews and there are 3 type 6 engines. They also have reforestation crews that they use with hires migrant seasonal workers.
