Turnover of workers is high. New people come to cut the yard each time and the quality of work is just mediocre. Customer service stinks. The owner stands behind the shabby work of his landscapers. The landscaping deserves a 2; however, the bad customer services makes me give them a 1.
I noticed my waterhose reel was broken so I checked the ring camera and saw one the guys break it trying to fill a spray bottle. They also pulled up and broke ALL of the driveway and walkway lights and put no effort into trying to put them back or asking me to move them prior to service. And worst of all, this company destroyed our lawn by using a zero turn mower. Our lawn now has two large patches that were not there prior to their service and now grass will not grow because the soil is compacted in those spots. I do not re... read more
It was the only and best tree service I've ever had. On time and very professional. Have others using them in my neighborhood . Best 5 yrs of great and fast friendly services out in the Stone Mountain area. Highly recommend them. Always came with the excellent work ethic and gets the job done correctly.
