I have to say normally my experience has been okay but this last time was not good at all. We got there at 4:50 (knowing there was a hockey game) and understood that the food wouldve taken longer due to that. We ordered right when we got there and did not get our food until 6:30... our waitress never came to apologize or tell us any updates she fully dissapeared and we had to order / ask for things with another waitress... Good food, cold beer, great service(Taylor).
DO NOT COME HERE BEFORE A SENS' GAME!!! We arrived nearly 2 hours before the game. Had reservations. Never got our food. "Sorry about that: the kitchen was backed up". Then don't open on game nights. They're happy they made their numbers. Our family is going to the game on an empty stomach.
$95 for a couple to dine out with 1 appetizer and drinks is fine when then service and food represent the cost. It was a busy night so we expected wait times but when it was over an hour to receive our entrees thats not acceptable. After the wait for the food not to come as ordered is ridiculous, I had ordered a plain cheese and bacon smash burger.
