Bottom line is their bid was insanely high for one drapery. We got 4 bids, and their bid for a similar product was more than 5 times higher than our low bid, and twice the price of our 2nd highest bid. Their salesperson spent considerable time at our home, then hit us with a crazy bid which was so high it was very insulting. Very good products with good customer service. Honored lifetime warranty, although there is a charge for the repair evaluation. Just had one of my window coverings replaced.
We have used TBM several times. The first was via Costco, but we’ve done direct business since. The latest installation and repair was smooth as usual. Their installer and repair guy Eric was awesome.
Their service, product quality is outstanding. Had 13 windows covered, and I absolutely love the look.
Their 'real-live' person is hopefully just a badly coded AI bot because they are very rude and continuously end the chat without answer my questions. All they ask for is my information over and over again even after I said no. I don't need an in home consult, I just need a few basic questions answered.
