The quality of the blinds are great. Exactly what we were looking for. I am very impressed with the blackout shades and how well they keep the light out. And the versatility of the up-down shades are perfect for privacy when we want it, while still letting in natural light. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Used this company for two locations. They were excellent and delivered quality products on time. Highly recommend them.
A bit surprised at the cost to repair the blinds as they were 2 1/2 years old.....but I have to say, they were very responsive (next day) and the gentleman who repaired the blinds was very polite and helpful. He shared his knowledge as to how to prevent the repair that was needed.
