We had 3 birds accessibility work on a couple projects in our home and our experience with them has been wonderful. This company truly cares about their clients and improving their quality of life. The 1st job was installing grab bars in the bathroom and shower- great solid work. This company came last year and put in home mods for me; walk-in shower, door widening to kitchen area and door widening to hallway for me plus a new sidewalk and a ramp system. I worked with Logan, Jen, and Andrew to complete an ADA shower installation over the last few weeks and Three Birds customer service, attention to detail, and efficiency was very impressive. Excellent customer experience. We needed a stair glide installed at my parents house to assist my mom. Received a quick call back and the quote was very well explained as far as price. Model features and the work that would be done for the installation. They were able to get it done with in the week which was excellent as my mom’s coverage for the rehab center was ending and stairs were an obstacle to her being able to return home.
