USITC Issues Sweeping Order to Stem 3-A China Counterfeits McLean, VA - The U.S. International Trade Commission on June 15 issued a general exclusion order (GEO) prohibiting the unlicensed importation of food processing equipment and packaging materials from China that are falsely advertised through the unlicensed use of the 3-A Symbol or ‘3A’ claim. 3-A SSI Obtains EU Trademark Registrations McLean, Virginia - 3-A SSI today announced the legal registration of the 3-A Symbol and 3A word mark by the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
