My wife and I were coming to town to visit family. Once we found out she had qualified for quarterfinals, she had to scramble to find a Box that could accommodate her. Chausse and Randy, owners, were amazing from the moment we reached out. We knew then this was the right place for us. The community welcomed us as one of their own. “Bring a friend” week was going on when I was in town visiting friends and family and I attended 2 morning classes with Cam. I was incredibly impressed with the out pouring of love and inclusivity I experienced from EVERYONE! Even at 5:30am lol. Both Chausse and Cam helped me with my form throughout the class. Even though I was only in town for a week, and they knew I couldn’t sign up for a membership because I live so far away, they STILL spent time with me to help me achieve my vacation goals. Highly recommend!! 100/10!
Dropped in at 3-46 Grit CrossFit for a week of classes while visiting the area, and would highly recommend this gym. I showed up with a lingering injury, and the coaches were all very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me solid modifications for movements I was unable to do. The community was super welcoming and I didn’t feel out of place once while I was there, but more like I was a regular part of the group.
