Shipping is not nearly as fast as they advertise. Don't even bother sending them an email they will not respond.
Emailed, called many times, on hold, never answered. said my part would ship Monday, its Thursday now still no response. I will avoid these guys in the future, hope I don't have to do charge back to get my money back...
Called three times in two hours to get hold of someone to find out why my order was put on hold. all I got was voicemasil to leave a message. Never got a call back.. Continue to call and get put on hold then voicemail for the next 1 1/2 hours.
I was Impatient for the lack of communication but I got a hold of the company and they reassured me my order is on its way and guaranteed delivery!
Bought a Saddlemen Road Sofa seat from 2wheel, that 2wheels website said it fit my Honda Valkyrie. Got the seat, opened it up, looked at it, said to myself no way this will fit. Sure enough it won't, looked the part number up on Saddlemens website, the seat is for a Honda Goldwing. Called 2wheel they no said problem we'll send you a confirmation email with a prepaid return label. Got the email, they were saying I ordered the wrong part and there was no prepaid return label.
