I used to give this place a five star rating, no matter what but now everybody here who was a professional Barber left to Federal Way. Nobody here, except for the owner can do a skin fade or a lineup or even a young boy’s haircut. All of the ones who could do it left and it’s very disappointing. This shop went from the best shop in the entire area to the worst. Even the other hairstylist place and barbershops in Covington, Washington are saying their business is booming since all of the good barbers at 2 unique left.

I highly recommend Yaki to anyone looking for an excellent barber. Fades, tapers, lineups, beard trims... you name it, she does it. I always leave her shop with a flawless look and she never disappoints. Plus, she's very professional and always on time. She never cancels appointments or is unreliable like many other barbers. Her service is top-notch!

I really wanted to have a good experience here, I walked in with my 6 year old who took scissors to his own hair the night prior. I showed a photo, after getting half way through the cut I could see that’s not what she was doing so I had referenced another hairstylist hair in the shop to reference what I wanted and the stylist then started to basically buzz my 6 year old boys long hair to a point of no return.
