Got there for my 9am appointment and the receptionist had to be let in by the next door dentist receptionist cause she was “ just helping them out” not her fault but then I sat in the dark for 5 minutes as the hygienist rolled in late talking on the phone before they figured out how to turn the lights on. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth - how unprofessional to leave a patient sitting in the dark, I left at 9:10 because I didn’t feel it was a very professional environment.
Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Raymond and Dr. Mahdavi made me feel comfortable and got me to laugh several times. I recommend them highly.
Teeth cleaning was meticulous and professional. When it comes to service, I had a terrible experience at this clinic. had to reschedule an appointment last minute and got confirmation over the phone. Was later sent an email to confirm my appointment for which I replied yes (and received confirmation). Upon calling to check on something related to my personal information I was told that I was deemed "untrustworthy" and the appointment I was given was never going to be honored.
