I really enjoy the open gym space and the gymnastics tech classes—those sessions have made a huge difference in my progress. They've helped me gain confidence and nail the fundamentals. Coach Tash is incredible —knowledgeable, supportive, and always goes the extra mile to tailor each exercise to the different levels. The best place to ease into the world of crossfit!!
Highly recommend this gym! Loved the 1pm class and always heaps of equipment available. Will be going back to see Chapo the bulldog!
2Nine8 is absolute fire good equipment always clean and plenty of space, friendly environment, best thing of all is the kids room 🤣 Big space with heaps of toys so they will never disturb you while your working out, recently they added boxfit in the mix which i can honestly say one of the best classes ive ever taken, Coach Sam is patient and is passionate with the craft detail and precision training always has a smile on his face while killiing us with his routines, i highly recommend this gym to anyone they have wide range... read more
