DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Concept is great, however, they cannot upload medical records for MONTHS causing significant delays in care and seeking help! Cannot get a second opinion without them uploading medical records! I have been trying since January 2025 and it is now JUNE 2025!
In their website, it says "No waiting for weeks". I waited 8 days for what I thought was an appointment with a specialist, but it was a nurse who was going to get my information. I had already provided a ton of info so not sure what else they wanted. In the meantime, I was struggling with much discomfort and anxiety due to the medication I wanted a second opinion on. Horrible Service! Very disappointed.
UPDATE: After telling them to close my request because I was too frustrated to continue, magically, they had my records and a conference with a doctor scheduled in a couple of days. The doctor was a bit late to the conference, but he was kind and informative. We spoke for over 20 minutes. I guess I'm glad I was able to do it, but I won't be doing it again. It's just too irritating. I also have a sneaking suspicion I'm going to be charged after reading other reviews when it was presented from my employer as a sort of perk. In... read more
