Should have used 2nd MD in the first place. May have gotten what needed done earlier.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Concept is great, however, they cannot upload medical records for MONTHS causing significant delays in care and seeking help! Cannot get a second opinion without them uploading medical records! I have been trying since January 2025 and it is now JUNE 2025!

In their website, it says "No waiting for weeks". I waited 8 days for what I thought was an appointment with a specialist, but it was a nurse who was going to get my information. I had already provided a ton of info so not sure what else they wanted. In the meantime, I was struggling with much discomfort and anxiety due to the medication I wanted a second opinion on.
