Horrible Service! Very disappointed.
UPDATE: After telling them to close my request because I was too frustrated to continue, magically, they had my records and a conference with a doctor scheduled in a couple of days. The doctor was a bit late to the conference, but he was kind and informative. We spoke for over 20 minutes. I guess I'm glad I was able to do it, but I won't be doing it again. I used this service before they were labeled "Accolade/2nd.MD" and it was great. Specialists are top notch and nurses were outstanding. I recently tried doing another consult but it was absolutely atrocious. Longer wait times, nurses who sound burned out, and reps who are passive aggressive. Won't be using this service again and I implore people to do their research into Accolade.
The worst. You couldn't find a worse organization even if you tried.
