Horrible customer service! Was unable to retrieve my food from their "locker" at RDU airport. Customer service took almost an hour to respond, at which point I was on my flight, hungry and thirsty. Will NEVER order from them again. Stay away from REEF Kitchen!
I can't review the food because I never received it, but I can rate the customer service after notifying the company - 0 stars. Placed the order for a single salad at RDU Airport (Raleigh, NC) and had a tight time line of 25 minutes before final boarding, I received a link to track my order that listed it would arrive within 15 minutes of ordering.
