Unprofessional!!! Had an appointment for a massage, took off work early and showed up to learn my appointment had been cancelled but no one had called me, said they didn't have my number correct. So rescheduled, made sure 3 times they had my right number. Drove 30 minutes for my rescheduled appointment only to get there and the lady say, oh no one called you???? REALLY....so she said so sorry no one called you but our massage therapist no longer works here...... Very very very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time t... read more

I have tried numerous times to make an appointment to no avail. The first appointment I actually managed to get was cancelled due to the masseur's father passing away. I was told they would call me and let me know when he came back to work. Never received a call. After a month, I called to see when I might get an appointment. Apparently he came back to work, and never got that call to let me know. I managed to schedule an appointment that worked for me only to get a text a few days later saying my appointment had to be moved... read more

WIndy is a pro. It is difficult for stylists to get my color right, since I'm a brunette but like subtle highlights. Most stylists have to add more color at the end because the highlights are too bright. Not Windy. She gets it right every time. My husband went to her for the first time this week and raves about the cut (and the hot towel and neck message). In short, she is a find.
