Would be nice if they said on the website that the store was closed due to water damage. Could have saved me a 35 minute drive each way
Unfortunately we have not had a good experience. We bought a treadmill from here in January and a piece broke a few weeks after it was installed. We have been calling since February to get this fixed and no response. Left messages, asked for the service team to contact us, went to the store (it was closed and said they were working in a different location). It has been un-usable for a month and a half and it is brand-new. disappointed that staff have not reached out to us.
They were out of everything!
So grateful to Vernon for all of his help coordinating our purchase of a very in-demand weight set and at a great price. Due to the pandemic they were impossible to find. The two months was well worth the wait. Highly recommend buying from here. Thank you!
