Visiting Utah this week to ski and was having problems with my ski boots I bought back home in Canada at the end of last season. This was my second time wearing them and they were unbearable so I was fully prepared to go in and buy new boots. Isaac spent so much time helping me look at new boots and come up with a solution. Quickly realized the problem was circulation and drilled some new holes and was able to move the buckles over. Saved me from buying new boots and was very helpful overall!
Level Nine is such a great shop. I've been a loyal customer for a couple of decades. I had a missing rubber tip on one of my brake arms on my skis. Kyler found a replacement part and got me on my way safely! Thanks for the great service.
