Horrible. The management is a joke. From the office manager to the regional manager. You can put in a complaint but it is a waste of your time. The response you will get is always concerning rent and parking, not the concerns of the tenant. I have called the police several times due to tenants fighting. Management told me they couldn't AFFORD to lose any more tenants so they would talk to her. I have been waiting for 2 lease terms for my floors to be fixed. I had to glue them down myself. Mr. Marcus the director was very informative, kind and friendly. He is a great addition to the 2nd street flats.
When I entered the office I was met with a smile and was provided all the information that I needed. The property was clean and I love the location.
