A company that abandons their own family will abandon its customers. The actual work they do is- decent enough. But buyer beware. They are honest when its convenient. I witnessed them sell and replace an underground water line repair for thousands of dollars- that they said was leaking... that I personally verified... wasnt leaking.
I called 2nd Shift Sewer & Plumbing and they added me to the list to take care of my problem. They arrived on time and started right away. They didn't get problem solved that day but wanted to come back and fix it. They are very polite and I trusted everything they done. Sure enough they solved the problem. Everything is working fine in all rooms. If you need plumbing or Sewer work done this should be your 1St choice. Thank-you so much!
Buyer beware. You will have to have them come out multiple times. It took them 4 times to fix our leak.
The guys they have out driving these trucks Park wherever they want including residents parking and they cannot come home, due to this company's trucks being parked in residential parking that is clearly marked and then proceed to act like they did not see the bright fluorescent cones with writing on them these guys are lazy and unwilling to walk a short distance so they would rather inconvenience people that live in that area
Travis did a great job, 2nd Shift will definitely be my go to, for all of their services they offer.
