Five Star Outstanding Customer Service! They exercised tremendous patience and professionalism after experiencing two separate time delays from our city. Brandon then attentively listened to our concerns due to the unique logistics of our water meter and adapted to accommodate us. He demonstrated excellent satisfaction and this is why we repeatedly request 2nd Generation Plumbing LLC Troy for all our plumbing needs!
Good work done in a timely fashion but quote them out. They are very expensive. $400 labor to replace a shower valve + the cost of the valve...Less than 1 hour labor. Also quoted $600 labor to install a faucet and a toilet and I have both on site. I did those myself. Like I said, good work done in a timely fashion but way too expensive. Best to use if you need something done immediately and don't care about the cost.
Do not use this plumber…. 2nd generation (brandon) in Troy came out today to fix a small gas line leak in my basement. Gave me a quote for $650 which I thought was high but I needed the work done (no gas on)which he said was going to take labor and time. Completed the job by knocking/patching out a very small area of plaster, added some pipe sealant and tightened the fitting.
